“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement.
Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur.”

“Our experience at Secrets Maroma was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an unforgettable experience. The staff is truly amazing and goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. My wife and I felt genuinely pampered throughout our stay, and we were continually impressed by the incredible attention to detail, warmth, and outstanding service provided by every member of the team.

“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

“We really enjoyed the location of our boutique hotel. Close to all or most of the restaurants etc. The only negative is the street noise as the windows are single pane. The free coffee at the reception and pastries in the morning is a plus.”
