Hotell nära Santuario de la Esperanza tidskapsel

“It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal”

“Rummet fint. Fin utsikt. Hjälpsam personal.”

“We’ve traveled around the Yucatán many times and stayed in some truly wonderful places, but this hotel stands out above them all. It is by far the most welcoming and relaxing place we’ve experienced. The location, atmosphere, and views are simply unbeatable—including the breathtaking view from the hotel room. The service is excellent, and it adds tremendous value that one of the area’s best restaurants is located right at the hotel. Having a top-class scuba diving center on site, along with the...

“The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”

“Everything ok except two things. Seaweed everywhere and the egg smell that comes with it. You had to pay tonnes of money to get WiFi for the kids, work phones, computer etc. Crazy experience. Otherwise clean and fun with the crock and kids liked the pool with the slide and jump.”

“Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“Allt var toppen! Trevlig personal, välstädat, och utsikten var oslagbar! Vi ville inte lämna rummet”

“Best resort you will ever stay in. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You will enjoy the pools and beach. While seaweed is a problem throughout the Mayan Riviera the Edition probably does the best job of keeping the beach clean and pristine.”

“The staff and manager Dafine was very hospitable”

“This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

“Ok”

“Best resort and service we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be returning.”

“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...
