“Trots att hotellet ligger en bit från tunnelbanan är det lätt att ta sig till och från. Fin lägenhet med viss möjlighet till mat"lagning". Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och fixade allt vi frågade om.”

“This apartment is excellent and locations is good If you come by train, jump off at Blackwall and you have a 5 min walk It’s 4 stations from the Excel fair, about 7 min. Nilgun who fixes everything around the apartments is the best She is super friendly and helpful I will for sure stay here again”

“Place was really nice and comfortable! The place had a good powerful fan, otherwise it was a bit warm. Our room had noise from the road but the windows insulated from that decently. They allowed me to check in early at 12:00 but they charged me for it 20pounds. ”

“Första natten fick vi ett rum utan fönster vid in/utgång så man stördes mycket av alla som kom och gick. Vi fick sen byta till ett annat rum med fönster som var mycket bättre men fortfarande lyhört. Personalen var trevlig, särskilt mannen och försökte lösa alla ev. problem. Själva rummet var fräscht och rymligt med ett litet pentry. ”

“Incheckningen var omöjlig - svårt att hitta rätt port när det inte stod "city aldgate apartments" någonstans. När vi väl hittade rätt fanns ingen nyckel i nyckelboxen(?!!?). Ringde och mailade massa olika nummer & adresser utan svar, slutade med att vi fick ta in på ett annat hotell. Dagen efter provade vi igen, då hade vi sån tur att det var nån typ av vaktmästare där & sprang. Han var trevlig & ringde runt, letade nyckel osv. Till slut hittade han en och vi berättade om extranatten på andra...

“The apartment was quite spacious which was great after all the pokey hotels we have stayed in. We could not get the airconditioning working, and thought the bed was a bit hard for us, but other than that, we were very happy with the facilities and cleanliness offered. ”

“I really liked the student accommodation and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Shaz who checked me in. The only complaint I have is that the actual building name wasn’t included in any check in details and there wasn’t a sign for Student OLIB on the door. I followed google maps which led me to a different building which caused lots of confusion. ”
