“The hotel is a super short walk to the strip which was really nice. Unfortunately the room was a bit old/worn out and felt dated. The room was also probably not used for quite some time because of covid and all so it was a bit dusty when we arrived. The cleaning between was also not satisfactory to be honest..”

Loved the walk way to MGM and the strip even though the weather was great it made me feel better than walking along the side streets in Vegas. Did pools the last day and it was fun to bounce between MGM pools and the more private pool at Signature. Definitely would stay here again!!”

“We had an amazing stay at the MGM Signature Penthouse. We felt like we were a normal part of the MGM property and did not run into any issues at all during our stay. We especially enjoyed the views of the strip from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable as well. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Las Vegas. ”

“Great experience, room clean, good area, great view. We did not love the comfort of the King bed, but everyone has different comfort styles. One room had awesome hot water, the other was luke warm, which we thought was odd. No problems with check-in or out or communication with property owner. Great experience over all!”

“This set up worked perfectly as my husband and I hosted our daughter and family for 4 nights. My husband and I had the 1 BR for some privacy and a good nights sleep. Our daughter and husband with their 3 children shared the two adjoining units only steps away. We love the Signature and would certainly stay there again. Cindy was very responsive and helpful.”

It offers the security of MGM Signature, proximity to the strip, and easy access to the highway and main roads for off-strip fun.
