“Hello, According to my reservation, we were supposed to have 24-hour butler service. However, no one contacted us or stopped by our room to check on us during our stay. In addition, the elevator near room 4221 was out of service for the entire weekend. Please let me know how these concerns will be addressed. Thank you.”

“all good”

“This place was amazing. So happy to have stayed here. The staff was impeccable. So kind and helpful. I loved everyone and everything. Ten out of ten!!!”
