âThe property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memoriesâ

âReally nice hotel. Slightly smaller then some of the larger hotel complexes on the island.
But that only creates a more cozy atmosphere. All amenities were great and the food and service was on top. Only downside is that the private beach often gets overrun by tourists that are leaving from the port next door.

âThis place was so beautiful and quiet. I loved it. The people were so helpful. The front desk also helped me with getting a ride around the island to take some pictures from the taxi driver. The complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious. They had an espresso machine, pan dulce and fruits available. My room overlooked the surrounding jungle and beach it was amazing. â
âWe had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so Iâd suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. "Mycket trevligt mellanklasshotell med suverÀnt lÀge. Bara över gatan till öns bÀsta strand. VÀldigt lugnt ocksÄ, dÄ det lÄg i slutet av den trafikerade huvudgatan. 10 min gÄngavstÄnd till fÀrjan och 5 min till turistgatan. Enligt receptionen skulle wifi finnas bara i allmÀnna utrymmen men vi hade utmÀrkt uppkoppling i vÄrt rum och vid poolen. FÄ solbÀddar vid poolen, men fanns alltid lediga. Hotellet behöver dock lite uppfrÀschning utvÀndigt. "

The restaurant service is awful and their prices are ridiculously expensive. Very bad value for money. Rooms are clean, the furniture is a bit outdated but fit for purpose. Pool ok, the private beach is not clean, trash and rubble. You will be ripped off with the rent of the golf carts."

Thereâs a gap in the door which makes the music leak in and you can feel the bass in the room.
Another minus is the service both at the reception and in the beach/bar area. In general very slow and not so attentive.
Worth noting is also that there is a bathtub in the room but thereâs not enough water to fill it - after filled about 25% the water stopped running. "

"A nice clean hotel practical and friendly staff. but some staff can't keep their fingers in check without flirting with guests. as in my case one of the girls did at the pool bar. so all of you who are single apply to Hotel Bello if you are single. do not recommend that couples go there."
