“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. “Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!”

“Staff was amazing and welcoming. We stayed one night to kick off our honeymoon and it was a blast. Cenote was beautiful in the morning, also got to see a little more wildlife. Only thing I caution is what I feel is the obvious; there are multiple units on the property and at night your glass house turns into an aquarium if your lights are on, meaning it’s easier for others to peer in. “The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. “The hotel is in a great location. Its 3 blocks away from the beach, market, and plaza. Plenty of restaurants around. Roof top pool has a nice view of the ocean. Hotel provides 2 beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash full size in the bathroom. There is a mini refrigerator in the room as well. In the lobby cold water is provided. My only complaint is the noise from a restaurant/club nearby that plays music till 1am. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.”

“I traveled with my family and we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the calm atmosphere. The food was great, the only thing we didn’t like too much was having to make reservations for the restaurants. We had a wonderful time!”

“It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”

“The resort was exactly as described! The food was exquisite at every location. I went on this trip solo and had a fantastic time. Just a tip, make sure to make your reservations for dinner with your concierge the day you arrive to make the process easier. I did have an issue with checking out, but it did not impede on me getting to the airport.”

“If you’re not choosing the beach front apartment - not worth it. You will stay across the road in a building that needs some refreshing for sure. Our room was probably the worst though, it was behind the front desk so definitely felt like a left over room. Our view was over some trash outside of the hotel. Weird smell in the rooms and also walls are extremely thin. Not good value”
