“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. “The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. “Me and my husband stayed there for our Last two nights of our vacation because the motel was near the airport. BUT it was only for people who wants to get a one night stand ok! They didn't understand english at all and our communication was bad with the motel personal. We felt like we were in a prison in there, the room had no windows. Sorry we won't visit it again :)”
