“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. “Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!”

“The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella...

“It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”

“Didn’t like any thing the food was nasty I was only able to go to one restaurant out of 5 you have to make reservations for the others seaweed smell was horrible and only have of the resort was functional over all I will never go back there”

“If you’re not choosing the beach front apartment - not worth it. You will stay across the road in a building that needs some refreshing for sure. Our room was probably the worst though, it was behind the front desk so definitely felt like a left over room. Our view was over some trash outside of the hotel. Weird smell in the rooms and also walls are extremely thin. Not good value”

“Been going to this same resort every year since 2018. I've noticed this year however that the pools seemed dirty and not as much entertainment as previous years. However the staff are still such amazing people and love them so much. They are the ones that keep bringing us back each year and will be going back again next year 💯”
