“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

“The rooms are nice and the staff friendly. The property is lovely but hard to navigate. The map is poor. Luckily you can get a golf cart to take you anywhere. Its hard to find activities at the resort. The personal concierge is only interested in getting you in to the timeshare high pressure sales pitch. The local beach is not inviting for swimming due to the concrete structures. The information about the facility does not adequately describe the fact that the only way to get to a beach where...

“Our room was surprisingly cleaned. It was cleaned every day and I believe it was twice a day. The staff there were delightful everyone was happy, they evenremembered our names. We felt very good being there The hot tub water was very hot just like it should be they are bars everywhere I mean the staff at the bars also as well were very attentive and very much looking forward to pleasing all the guests.”

“Jungala is a very nice resort but it is too far away from everything. There are no amenities at the property itself and you have to either walk for a looooong time (15 mins plus) or take the shuttle to get to even basic stuff like coffee, food and drinks, not to mention restaurants, spa and beach/pool.
