"Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. ..."

"This is a great hotel, the price and the quality is top notch. I think the only downside is the block south of the property so if you’re not use to homeless people with mental issues ( which leave you alone) you might be surprised but if you stuck to the north and east you are fine everything is ..."
