4 Passenger Golf Cart is included with your stay. Enjoy driving the golf cart to the neighborhood beach access, the Cedar Street Park and water access, and many other local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
â A signed Liability and Waiver Agreement is REQUIRED to have access to the golf cart for your stay.
â You must be 25 years of age to operate the golf cart as well as sign a liability and waiver agreement, provide drivers license, and insurance information. This is REQUIRED.
â Only the individual(s) who sign the liability and waiver agreement and also provide drivers license and insurance information are eligible to operate the golf cart. No exceptions.
â Rules are provided as well as directions and operating instructions.
â Failure to adhere to the rules and obligations laid out in the Golf Cart Liability and Waiver Agreement, may result in termination of rental lease.
â $100 fee for missing golf cart key card. You MUST return the key to the safe and lock it prior to departure.

House Rules are as follows:
**We ask that all Guests are registered and that the Vacation Rental Agreement has been acknowledged prior to receiving access code to rental. **
**Please plug golf cart back in prior to check-out & leave key on kitchen counter**
1. **Check-In & Check-Out:**
- Check-in is at **3pm** and check-out is at **10am**.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be pre-approved.
2. **No Smoking:**
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
3. **No Pets:**
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees.
4. **Occupancy:**
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered guests or visitors without prior approval.
5. **Quiet Hours:**
- Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from **11pm to 7am**.
6. **Parties & Events:**
- No loud events. Respect the neighbors & quiet hours.
7. **Cleanliness:**
- Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in the provided bins and clean up spills immediately.
8. **Furniture & Decor:**
- If something needs to be moved, please return it to its original position before checking out.
9. **Kitchen Use:**
- Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, and wipe down counters after use.
10. **Energy Conservation:**
- Turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use. Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning or heating is on.
11. **Appliances & Equipment:**
- Use appliances and equipment as intended. Report any malfunctions immediately.
12. **Parking:**
- Use the designated parking spots. Do not park on the grass or block neighborsâ driveways.
13. **Security:**
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Ensure the key is kept secure and returned as instructed.
14. **Waste Disposal:**
- Dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. Follow local waste disposal guidelines.
15. **Pool**
- Follow all posted pool rules. No glassware in the pool area. Use provided towels and rinse off before entering.
16. **Damage:**
- Any damage to the property or contents must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
17. **Compliance:**
- Comply with all local laws, rules, and regulations during your stay.
18. **Emergencies:**
- In case of an emergency, contact 911. Notify host immediately.
19. **Respect:**
- Treat the home with respect as if it were your own. Enjoy your stay and make yourself at home!
