Dune View Cottage has been newly renovated to offer plenty of space and modern amenities for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The main level includes a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a king bedroom with an ensuite, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a hot tub, dock, mooring ball, fire pit, and a large front lawn.

Just a few steps away is Little Glen Cottage, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage located right on Glen Lake. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the town of Glen Arbor, where you can swim in the lake, explore nearby hiking trails, or enjoy the town's acclaimed boutiques and restaurants. Little Glen Cottage also offers a large hot tub with Bluetooth (open year-round) and a fire pit—everything you need for an UpNorth getaway.

There are 2 kayaks available for guests to use, as well as lifejackets. Hot tub is open year round!

This property is outfitted with a back-up generator in case of power outages.

Guest Access:
A maximum of 4 cars allowed at each property.

Getting Around:
Wintertime Guests: Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 3 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $179 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $2,500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.

DOCK – You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.
