“This was a great place to stay. Lots of room, great location, and very easy to manage. The only downside was that it was cold and the heaters never got it warm enough to be pleasant. Make sure you have a sweatshirt.”

Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”

“Very reasonable accommodation for the price, in a central location close to the train station. The property itself was in need of some modernisation and a deep clean in places but overall it was quiet and comfortable, with a basic kitchen and secure parking. Check-in instructions could have been clearer and ideally sent in advance of the check-in time.”

Unclean kitchen . And cheap appliances . When I complained no response . I booked for a 3 night stay .
