“TV not operable and no working remote. Three different staff members “troubleshot” with a pile of remotes for a totally different brand TV. Heating/AC unit broken and inoperable. We’re given a completely different style room that we paid for. Site said hot tub, not one at location. Pubic hair (3 in shower, 1 on bathroom sink) and urine under toilet seat. “The side door that was supposed to be locked, wasn't. The swimming pool was ok but the door into it was all messed up. The hot tub was warm but no bubbles. Staff were nice but did not keep people's voices down in the lobby until after midnight.”

The room was nice and clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable but the freezer was iced over and I couldn't fit anything in it. “The price of the room was very low. It was located in a place that was very convenient for our needs. The room was small but clean. It provided us a place to sleep and shower, which was all we were expecting. The room itself was dated and could have used some minor repairs. “Great hotel”

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”
