“I stayed at this property in 2025 for about a week, but I was on the Mainstays side. My experience was exceptional last year. This year, my husband joined me. “Overall the syay was fine. It was last minute as we chose to stay overnight in spokane to be closer to out very sick dog who was being treated at the pet emergency clinic. The beds were average but it worked for us. The staff was veey friendly and I witnessed great customer service from a staff member to an older gal who was likely seeking treatment down the road. She helped get her coffee and went beyond to help her which was nice to see. I would say if you are going to do the complimentary...

“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming. The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“The bathtub paint was pealing and the sink had a slight crack in it. The toilets were small and occasionally would unfortunately splash on the individual sitting. There was popcorn ceiling in the rooms. The steak and chip house was not open and the hot tub jets were not working. It was centrally located and clean, which we appreciated. I would recommend the hotel work on upkeep and upgrades to the property. The parking was very expensive. I do feel they could have at least comped the parking...
