“Staff was great also the food was good”

“Highly recommend! I will be staying there again”

“This was our first visit to this hotel and to the area. Riviera Nayarit is beautiful, with warm, very swimmable beaches, which is not the case in Puerto Vallarta. The resort was beautiful, our room was on the 10thfloor, below the infinity pool and casual restaurant on the top floor. Food was great in every one of the restaurants. The service was amazing; everyone was friendly and helpful. We sat thru a 90 minute (more like 2 hours) presentation to their travel club because we wanted one of their...

“Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional.”

“Not all restaurants open in October. Good food and drinks.”

“Highly recommend! My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at the W Punta Mita. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We chose the W Unlimited package and the food was great, very tasty, high quality, and much better than other “all-inclusive” experiences I’ve had at other resorts.”
