“In general good and clean hotel. Nice pool area, nice staff. But the the air condition in was put on auto on all rooms and it wasnt possible to get it lower than 24 degrees, We barely couldnt sleep. Big big minus when you pay 1000euro for a night at a 5 star hotel.”

“Xereca has always been a great option in Ibiza when looking for a quiet place close to Ibiza town with high standard and service. However, after staying there 4 times over the past years it feels like the service is slipping of what it used to be and then general look and feel of the property is a bit dated. ”

“Location is fantastic at the top of a cliff which gives it the best view in the area, especially for watching the sunset. The area of the hotel is very clean and nice. The only thing is that the prices of the food and water are extremely excessive.”

“Det här hotellet är näst intill underbart. En oas i ett annat ganska hektiskt semesterparadis. Det öppnade i maj 2015 efter en helrenovering. Här har de lagt ner stor möda på detaljer men också missat en del. Rummet var ganska mörkt meden tydlig fuktdoft ( ett av de äldre rummen) terassen dock underbar. Den nya restaurangen fin och bra mat men servicen på dagisnivå. Frukosten superbra, poolen underbar här saknas dock ett gym! Jag kommer tillbaka om ett år då tror jag de fått alla bitar på plats...

“Wonderful place, gorgeous setting, amazing views. We stayed at the start of the Ibiza season (April) and so it felt as though the island needed to wake up from hibernation. The service in the main restaurant was really not good enough. Had to wait to sit, got incorrect orders more than once. I would suggest because it was beginning of the season and the weather was bad so other restaurants shut and couldn’t eat outside. Other than this - a wonderful time. Apart from ”

“Eine wirklich wunderschöne Location, tolles Zimmer, freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Einziges Manko war der Service im Restaurant und an der Bar. Hier wird man als Alleinreisender überhaupt gar nicht beachtet. Ich musste eine knappe 3/4 Std warten auf meine Essenbestellung (trotz beinahe leeren Restaurants). Ebenso später an der Bar. Hier wurde beinahe ruppig mit einem gesprochen. Hier also definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Ansonsten alles wirklich TOP! ”

“The hotel area is nice and in a nice place at the end of beach. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and serviceminded. Doing the very best they can with this worn out hotel.The room standard is more likely 2 or 3 stars. The rooms should have been renovated at least 10 yrs ago. The extra bed in the room for the third person was small and not suitable for a grown up person. All amenities in the room were for two persons and we had to ask for everything for the third one. The A/C was not...

“A 4-star hotel trying to be a 5. Property is beautiful, peaceful, and scenic. Three things bothered me, we were unable to use two of the pools (rooftop and spa) because CHILDREN UNDER 10 ARE NOT ALLOWED! Had this been clear before booking, I would have gone elsewhere as these were the key selling points for our family. Even the staff was unaware of the rules which leads me to my other complaint. Staff was friendly but often not so helpful and often could not speak English.... normally I wouldn’t...
