“Nice enough hotel. Stay would have been very good if the booking through Expedia that quoted free parking was honoured. I understand the hotel may have changed to Ibis Budget from Travelodge since I they should have sorted this. The staff stuck to me having to pay the fee and hid behind the Expedia intermediary Mikki Travel that the booking went through. So I am now in the process of waiting for Expedia to decide whether to refund £13 for parking. And the hotel is still listed as Travelodge...

“Mycket bra hotell med suveränt läge! Bra frukost med mycket att välja på. Rummen var rymliga och de rum vi hade var mot en bakgård så det var inget störande ljud från trafiken. Hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Mycket prisvärt hotell med perfekt läge!”

“I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was of a nice size and has a 🛁 too. The desk of the room was so spacious you can put all your things and eat and it was in a convenient area, 8min walking to the station, the area is a bit poor itself as it is in ilford but with the Elizabeth line very close to all the major places you want to go to. The staff at check in was friendly, good value for money, i recommend it”

“Stayed here for convenience for visiting friends, not really accessible for a car, carpark across the street, lots of smokers right at the entrance way when we checked in. Wifi for half hour, cheap!!! Best part was the staff was friendly. ”
