“They had late check in time and early check out time (1100). I asked if I could keep the room until 12 00 since our flight was at 15 00. Usually That is ok but here They wanted 20 euros for one extra hour or 30 euros for Two hours ”

“Excellent location, quiet but walkable to all great restaurants and sights. The apartment is spotless, very artsy, but lots of space wasted because of the artwork. Just a few hiccups with the kitchen: some outdated pots and pans, utensils, coffee machine was not working properly. Beds, bathrooms were great and new, but would run out of hot water after numerous showers continuously. “Amazing apartment with perhaps the largest in-room jacuzzi tub I've ever seen! Shower in 2nd bath was one of the best showers (rain shower) I've experienced. However, it was billed as a 2BR apartment & the 2nd BR was a den with a pull-out couch - which was not advertised as such. In the end, though, that didn't matter.”

“We loved this apartment. Centrally located and easy to get anywhere in the city. The apartment was clean and newly updated with an excellent view of the Duomo Dome. The is a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, another bedroomOn the second floor, then the living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Steps in the apartment were manageable and safe. We would stay here again when staying in Florence. ”
