“Luca was great throughout our stay. He was timely with replies and very clear on directions. As most of the reviews say, the location is what makes this apartment so nice. So convenient to everything. Bed was comfortable and in the US it would be called “queen size”. It is just as the pictures show. We loved our stay here and Florence is magical during the Christmas season! ”

The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The staff who look after the house were all very easy to communicate with. The whole stay was smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here!”

“ Maia apartment was charming. It is in an old building, but brought very up to date. It is cleverly and charmingly decorated. The size of the apartment is typical for the era it was built in, not very large, but the space is accommodating and very clean throughout. Having the mini splits to cool during this time of early September was a huge plus!The kitchen/sitting area had ample seating. The view out the window was lovely! The kitchen was well supplied with all necessary items for cooking...
