“I loved my stay here. I was even upgraded to a jr suite without asking. The property is absolutely clean, bright and well-maintained. Cecilia and Nicoletta are extremely kind and take excellent care of guests. I was traveling solo yet felt perfectly safe. The location is self check in with key codes. The rooms are one level above ground floor - considered 1st floor to Europeans, 2nd floor to Americans so I was confused when first arriving but that probably also due to my jet lag. The elevator...

“Vi checkade in sent på fredagkvällen och fick tydliga instruktioner för incheckning efter receptionen stängt (-20:00). Betalning vid incheckning funkade smidigt. Helt otroligt läge, på en av de mer välbesökta piazzorna och alldeles intill Uffizi och Ponte Vecchio som var två av våra mest tydliga ”bucket-list” platser att besöka.
