“Yes the host was welcoming but there were two major issues 1. The location address was totally different than where we stayed. Instead of being a block away from the subway we were were eight blocks up a big hill. We had a baby and two toddlers. 2. Even though it's no days prior to our arrival, the steps to the apartment had 3 to 4 in of ice on it and were very dangerous and made going into the apartment the first day extremely dangerous and difficult to bring our belongings.
