Ideal location
We stayed here for three nights and it was the ideal location for our needs. It was close to the state parks as well as the downtown area. It feels like you're halfway in the country and the city. The hosts were friendly and the entire check-in/check-out process was a breeze with good communication. They have thought of nearly everything to make your stay comfortable and inviting. The entire place was immaculately clean and I'm picky. We loved having fresh eggs for breakfast and watching the chicken wonder around the yard. The kitchen is stocked with most any item you'd need to prepare meals for yourself. There is no bathtub, but we didn't need on. The walk-in shower is large and comfortable. The bed is on the firm size, but not too hard. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. I was afraid the cement floor would be cold until I realized that the floors are heated! I would definetly stay here again.

Very comfortable
Ideal for two people! Amazing radiant heat kept us warm the whole time when it was 25 degrees outside. Very light and bright with big windows and in a quiet neighborhood! Even had coffee and cream for us! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful!
This property is perfect! It's beautiful and quiet, clean and bright. It had everything we needed. The owners are very nice and very helpful. I loved the eclectic neighborhood. Easy drive to "Old Town" Fort Collins or the foothills. Great place to walk. I highly recommend.

Quiet Stay in Ft. Collins
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It is the perfect place for 1 or 2 guests. This property is well maintained, with up to date appliances and amenities. The hosts are just great, and seek to be available, if needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom just great I could not have been happier!

This house is perfection!
Ours was a short stay in Fort Collins but we wished we could stay longer because of the property. So beautifully done, easy to find and central to what we were doing in Colorado. Our days were long and tiring and it was the perfect place to land and relax after those kind of days. Would absolutely love to go back and stay!

This is a really nice place. They did a great job in getting the place ready, and it has all the amenities you need. Location is in a very quiet neighborhood, a little off the beaten path, but still close to everything in Fort Collins.

Wonderful place!
We stayed here four weeks and it was perfect! Gas fireplace, heated floors, comfortable bed, big shower, beautiful sunrises, views of the foothills. This place is in town but away enough to be very quiet and dark enough at night to see a full sky of stars.

Seriously, the best!
Where do I start? I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best rental I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel A LOT. The hosts have done such an amazing job of making this place a “home away from home.” The unit was beautiful and clean, and looked even better than the photos! They provide you everything you need to be comfortable, and give you a first class experience all the way! They responded to any questions I had in minutes, and were nothing short of amazing. If you are in Fort Collins for a visit, you wouldn’t be doing your trip justice if you miss out on staying at this beautiful little cottage. Thanks again you guys, I had the best time and will definitely be back.

Perfect Spot!
This wonderful, well-appointed, property was the perfect home base for exploring Fort Collins and the surrounding area! Short bike ride away from old town and close to some great trails. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little house - it was a perfect location for our quick getaway; close to hiking and a quick trip to get downtown (with a brewery right down the street). The house itself is well-made and in a nice, quiet spot.

Cute little space in a prime location
My husband and I had a great experience staying at the Sunset Street retreat for my birthday weekend. The location is perfect- close to Old Town for great restaurants and bars as well as to Horsetooth for hiking and sight seeing. The house is so cute and homey, and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit at night. The owners live right next door and were super friendly when we ran into them. Highly recommended if you are visiting Fort Collins!

Truly enjoyable
We stayed in this jewel of a house for 3 weeks. It was wonderfully designed, completely comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The house is new and constructed to be energy efficient and attractive. Located a couple miles from Old Town, it feels very rural – set on the large property of the owners, who were very cordial and helpful. The view of the foothills greeted us each morning. We will definitely return in future years.
