The home is in Fort Lauderdale’s prestigious Coral Ridge neighborhood and is just a short 6 minutes to the nearest beach. A short walk or drive to endless dining options, nightlife and shopping.

A few steps further and your met with the beautiful Spanish-tile pool surrounded by the lush landscaping and oversized trees for extra privacy.

Parking: Free parking in driveway. 3 cars max. There is no street parking allowed.
