This house was perfect for a long weekend in Hollywood. The location was ideal, from the proximity to the airport and ease of getting to other locations. The layout of the home was great for our group. The bathroom to bedroom ratio worked out very well. The pool and backyard was a great addition to our trip. No complaints, but the kitchen could be supplied better with cooking essentials: butter, cooking oil, tin foil. I am very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it for anyone coming to the area!

Nice pool and property, bad neighbors

Great location, layout and amazing back pool area. Neighbor a few doors down came over one afternoon and screamed at and threatened our kids in the backyard pool because he was trying to sleep at 4pm. They were simply playing and laughing like kids do. Property manager also refused to replace the empty propane tank for the backyard grill, unless we paid them 40 for a new full tank, so the grill area was unusable for our stay. So beware of neighbors and extra unidentified costs.

Beautiful Property with a Pool

This house is set up for large groups. The bedrooms are in all four corners of the house. This allows the each family or couple to have their own bathroom and own space. The property was clean and comes with everything you need to cook. The pool is perfect. It has a deep end with a seating area and a shallow end for young kids. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the beach. The washer and dryer work well. The appliances all work well. We had a fantastic time and would gladly book this property again. The communication with the host was timely and concise. This is a five star property.

Great home and location

This house was in a great location - less than 5 minutes to either Publix or a neighborhood Walmart. The bedrooms are all large, all but one has a king bed and the other has a queen. I would recommend bringing a sleeping mask. The bedroom doors are all frosted and light comes in the room pretty brightly. The cookware was awful and I messaged the property manager and within 2 hours, they had brought by a new set. The pool area is just as pictured and wonderful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Good but…

The house was good Good location Back patio was infested with “no see um bugs” that owners knew about it, when I told him about what we thought was fleas, he told us about the bugs. By third day when we killed one, I told him and he came with an off outdoor spray. We all were bit by these bugs (itches pretty bad) I dont understand why If they knew about these bugs, why they don’t fumigate every time they have guests at the house.

White House

Casa Blanca is cozy place, located in friendly community with good amenities. I enjoyed my time there! There's a few small things i wish were different... the stove got extremely hot without turning up the dail, one of the pictures kept falling off the wall, the shower temperature was always hot and couldn't adjust to a colder temperature, Besides those few things I had an amazing stay!

Girls trip.

Excellent, clean and spacious . The amenities were ie. Pool, appliances, bedroom were very accommodating. With a few minor distributors ie microwave, loose handle, the entire retreat was splendid.

Clean and comfortable house in a convenient location. Icemaker didn’t work, so you will need to bring your own ice. Be prepared to provide private information directly to a secondary management company (even though already provided through VRBO) or they will not give you the access codes.

Perfect!

Truck drivers here for Beyonce! We needed to get out of the trucks for a bit. This place is PERFECT! VERY CLEAN! the coffee maker stopped working and they brought a new one the same day. I highly recommend this place.

Belle maison, bien situé, très éclairée, proche des épiceries, resto, de l'autoroute et l'aéroport. Insectes a l'intérieur, pas de rangement pour l'épicerie. Très difficile de profiter de la cour car il y a des beaucoup de mouches, de moustiques et des tiques ou puce. Ils doivent installer des bug zapper ou traiter contre ces nuisibles Voisin qui est contre les vacanciers dans leur quartier. Manque de bienveillance du tenancier car n'accommode pas selon les occupants pour leur séjour (exemple un rouleau de papier pour 8 personnes 10 jours, pas de drap de rechange pour plus de 7 jours, pas de chlore pour la piscine, et beaucoup de verdure dans l'eau alors l'entretien doit plus régulier ou selon l'occupation (seulement un service en une semaine) On a dut acheter des produits contre les insectes nuisibles, ainsi que des produits nettoyants pour l'entretien (Lysol, papier sac poubelle, etc) Il y a seulement une chambre avec avec salle de bain attenante. les autres 2 toilettes sont pour les 2 chambres séparées ou communicante. Problème de température de l'eau de la douche, soit elle est brulante ou glace. Climatisation bruyante a la chambre principale et n'est pas bien répartie dans les autres pièces, pas d'échangeur d'air

House needs Improvement-Please be advised

My family and I were in town for a funeral and stayed at this property for five days. This house needs a lot of improvements. When we arrived check in was great and the house was clean. We tried to watch the TV in the main area, and we could not get it to work/connect to the internet. I spoke with someone, and he said he would come over the next morning to fix it and he gave us a timeline, so we stayed and waited. No one showed up. The washing machine/dryer was broken, falling apart, and being held together with duct tape. I was also told someone would be over to look at it and no one showed up. The temperature on the shower faucets is reversed; hot is cold and cold is hot. I own a plumbing company, and this is a five-minute fix-service call to correct this issue. This should have been corrected from a business owner standpoint. It is an inconvenience from a renter standpoint. Also, the toilet in main bedroom at times wouldn’t stop running and, in the kitchen, not all the burners on the stove were working. Lastly if you want to enjoy the pool and outdoor areas the mosquitos are a HUGE problem. I would suggest management invest in mosquito/bug treatment of the backyard because it was a huge problem. I returned home with literally 52 mosquito/bug bites. Along with mosquito treatment for the yard some sort or mosquito repellent or citronella candles should have been provided for guests since it is such a noticeable problem. We invested roughly $100 on sprays, candles and torches. Looking back at some reviews I noticed some of these problems have existed for a while. It is time to act on feedback you are receiving. On a positive note, the location was great.

Can’t recommend this place enough, the hosts were amazing and responsive. Their home was beautiful and clean, great layout for hosting my whole family. Our next family vacation to florida we’ll definitely be looking to book this place again. Thank You!!

Clean, Great Location

Location is great. Coffee, groceries, food, freeways are just minutes away. The Beach is about 8 or so mins away. Located on a quiet residential street that felt pretty safe to us. The house overall was very clean and tidy. There are some little details that need some attention but that could be just me. Sheets and towels were all clean and relatively new looking. Starter TP, paper towels and trash bags were provided. You will need to get your own condiments, spices or whatever you may need but this is normal. The house had lots of amenities that were acceptable although it could use a new coffee maker. Plates, silverware and utensils were all good. We did a little lite cooking and had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable also as adults it was nice to have the king-sized beds. The lay out of the house is good and has lots of room to spread out. We only had 4 adults but this would be perfect for many more. Backyard was clean, quiet and relaxing. The pool was warm but a little dirty due to trees (we fished out some leaves) buy can't really help that. Management was quick to reply to us and a biggie was they let us check in early which was REALLY appreciated. As a residential rental, this is not a big party house but for adults and families that want an overall clean, safe, convenient house this is a good pick. We travel a lot every year and use VRBO to find accommodations and would stay here again (and probably will).
