Lake view patio was beautiful. Game room was also a great touch. Quiet neighborhood and for us it was a great home base near my daughter’s school. The kitchen was well appointed to make almost anything and the grill was also a nice touch.

Property was extremely clean, and beds were very comfortable. Nice area with dock along the water to sit. We would recommend is a Keurig coffee machine, and adding a lower “step down” sign into the game room for shorter people, and children. Also, cleaning supplies like broom, dust pan and disinfectant.

Will definitely stay again! The bed was SO comfortable. The set up in the backyard was awesome. The fishes were jumping around putting on a show in the lake. My sisters loved the bunk bed and the game room. Awesome property. Fell asleep with a smile on my face each night
If you sit out here long enough the fish may give you a show :)

Initially we were unsure of the property upon arrival as the neighborhood wasn’t what we were expecting and many homes looked either run down or if they’d been hit by a storm. However, this home was very clean and updated. The back deck view was beautiful and even had coconuts hanging from the trees. The pots need to be updated as they are scratched up really bad, the bath towels need to be replaced and the laundry machine is outside, which I didn’t love, but it was all good for a short stay.Also, fair warning that the floor is tile and if it gets wet, can be slippery. The bed was soooo comfy!!! Kids loved the game room. We would stay again.

Perfect in every way

The property is a hidden gem, close to the airport and cruise port. Well equipped, beautifully furnished and well kept. Comfortable beds, an amazing kitchen and the games room kept our teenagers occupied the entire time we were there. We will be back for sure!

Great house!

We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert. The house was clean and well maintained. It was close to the stadium which was perfect for us! Shuki was responsive to our questions and send some helpful links to the area. Would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at the property with our 2 teens while one of them went to camp at Nova Southeastern University. The house was very clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the game room and having their own rooms. Convenient location to NSU and also to activities in Fort Lauderdale.

The backyard is fabulous sitting on the canal. House was clean and very new. Plenty of room and the owner even stopped by to bring a few added things some guests needed!

Avons passé la période des fêtes durant 12 Jours , nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 12 & 13 Ans , cette propriété est splendide et très propre , rien ne manquais et petite touche de Bienvenue sur place nous a été octroyé, nous n’avons rien à dire sur cette propriété qui était fantastique ,Nous vous recommandons fortement cette endroit dans un cartier calme et sécuritaire , une vue imprenable sur l’hôtel guitare, le soir de toute beauté, la vue sur la lac est d’une détente incroyable , avec les canard qui viennent nous voir tout les jours , la terrasse et la maison sont exactement comme les photos, Propreté des lieux impeccable 10/10

Comfy, Cute & Close to the Casino!

First off, amazing location close to Seminole Hard Rock Casino! The house itself is updated and very cute. Great showers. Soft linens. Abundant and large sized towels. And the backyard was perfect for relaxing. We stayed six nights, and could have been comfortable staying even longer. We would definitely book again!

The description of this property didn’t do it justice. Everything was AMAZING! We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The home was beautiful and the grounds were well kept. The process was easy. If I’m ever back in the Fort Lauderdale area, I’d definitely book this home again.

We enjoy our stay.

Very new and clean, safe neighborhood, and smooth communication. We love the outdoor space! Saw several colorful lizards at neighbors’ backyards and the kids had a blast. Bring your own body wash/shampoo/detergents, or shop nearby conveniently.

Girls Trip

My friends and I decided to rent a house to get together so that we can spend some much needed "girls" time. The property is beautiful and the backyard is perfect to hang out, have some drinks, and a laugh. The host was always quick to reply and was always ready to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this property to anyone! Very clean and spacious.
