Detta är ett massivt fullt möblerat 6 sovrum, 4 badrum hem 90 sekunder med bil till våra underbara stränder, ny brygga, strandpromenad och hela nattlivet i staden, men ändå ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde! Queen size eller full size sängar i sovrum, helt nya linne och badlakan etc. Kök om det är fullt lager och redo för dig att bara släppa dina väskor och leva som om du är hemma. Trådlöst internet i hela hemmet och den glittrande blå enorma poolen i vår trädgård som är helt privat. Platsen är fantastisk och du har omedelbar tillgång till alla de mest bekväma motorvägarna (I-95; I-595) och vara nära den underbara STRANDEN!

Pleasant stay for 10 person family

We really liked the house, the varm and nice pool, patio, grill, extremly well equipped kitchen. Spacious for our family of 10 peraons. Close to shops and the Hollywood beachwalk beach by bicycle (10min) /car. Renter very attentive and friendly. The only drawback is the neighbourhood isn't super nice. Overall can we recommend a stay in this nice house

We had a great stay. The outside area is beautiful, and the heated pool was really wonderful. The house is super clean and is fully equipped for cooking at home. Plenty of room inside and outside for our group- we loved the large dining table with seating for 10.

We loved our stay in Dania Beach. The home was very comfortable and provided everything we needed for a nice, relaxing stay before our cruise. It was so nice to find a lovely home that provided six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a heated pool with comfortable outdoor furniture and grill to utilize and enjoy, especially in the evenings. Amenities galore! The home is close to restaurants/bars and stores as well as a short drive from the airport. We wanted for nothing! I would and will stay here again in a heartbeat should I find myself in the Ft. Lauderdale area ever again. LaShaun is an amazing host and could not have been more kind or helpful. She is a wealth of knowledge should you need any help navigating your trip.We truly had an exceptional time and cannot speak highly enough about LaShaun. Every VRBO host should take a page out of her book!

The house has everything! Very comfortable and well kept. The few issues were less than desirable neighborhood and dark. Also a potential animal issue over 1 bedroom. The host however was very responsive to all our needs!

Couldn't have asked for better hosts. I messaged them 3 times with questions and they called me back within 5 minutes each time. Very nice and accommodating. Great communication even before we arrived.House was very nice and clean. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with every gadget known to man. Bedrooms were nice and roomy. Our absolute favorite spot was the patio and heated pool. Perfect spot for adults and kids. Lights outside at night, even the pool is lighted. Our group was a family with 9 adults and 2 kids, and this size was perfect. Location was nice and close to action. Beach is about 15-20 min drive. Plan on paying for parking anywhere close to the beach. If we return to this area, we will definitely be contacting LaShaun again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

The home was exactly as advertised! House fit nine (9) people comfortably. The host was very responsive to each of our requests from the time that we booked the site months ago all the way to our departure after a weeklong stay. There was a water main break in the area which affected the water pressure for a few hours. Despite the unexpected mishap, the host was quick to send maintenance to check the unit to ensure that we were not inconvenienced by the temporary disruption which impacted the entire neighborhood. The bedroom were spacious and the unit had a dual-zone climate control system which allowed us to adjust the temperature for our guests. The host had every kitchen gadget available - we didn’t have a chance to use them all but we tried! There were plenty of towels for the bath/shower as well as the pool. The outdoor setting and amenities were quite comfortable for reading on the patio or wading in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. Walking distance to Publix and a few restaurants. The beach is an only a two-mile run (or walk) from the house. Very easy to get to the highway and not a lot of traffic. I would highly recommend this unit to others and plan to come back.

My family really enjoyed this house for the Thanksgiving holiday. There was plenty of cookware, silverware and dinnerware for my family of 11. The heated pool came in handy. Great location, close to everything. Great host with easy check in.

Home is well appointed with lots of space for groups or large families who want to stay together. Lots of beds and four full bathrooms. It is near a commuter train track but noise isn’t too loud when you’re inside which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The owner was very nice and responsive to requests. If you have a group and don’t want to share bathrooms, this is a great spot!

The neighborhood was very quiet and is in an area that is accessible to everything. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we come back to FL if available.

We had a fantastic stay at this Dania Beach property! With seven of us ranging from adults to an 11-year-old, finding a place that comfortably accommodated everyone was key, and this spot delivered. The property was nice, clean, and tidy, making it easy for us to settle in right away. All the amenities were good, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient vacation. Plus, its proximity to all the local sites made exploring the area a breeze. We also really appreciated the very fast and good communication from the manager, which made our stay even smoother. We'd definitely recommend it!

Very Nice Home

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. It was very spacious and fit our needs. Didn’t realize it had two separate sitting areas. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was very nice having a washer and dryer onsite. In addition to the great accommodations, the host is very responsive. This location is great as it is in between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

We loved the place, had a great time, we had a little issue, but it was resolved and Leshaun was very accommodating, amazing communication, and great at helping us out. Extra cleaning could have been done but besides that the place was nice and aesthetically pleasing. The host also left ample supplies that was very useful for us during our stay.
