Pompano Villa Nueva - Pompano Beach, Florida
Pompano Villa Nueva är en vacker och helt nybyggd semesterbostad (den bygges 2013) som ligger i ett exklusivt marint samhälle vid Intracoastal Waterway i Pompano Beach. Detta runt 300 m² stora hus är perfekt för upp till nio personer på jakt efter nöje och sol och erbjuder en frestande blandning av ett glamoröst utseende, exklusiva faciliteter och ett centralt läge.

4 sovrum och 3 badrum ryms i en attraktiv design som är ljus, rymlig och helt anpassad efter att ni ska kunna njuta av er välförtjänta semester. Välvda tak, marmorgolv, valvportar med pelare, krönlister och professionell inredning är bara ett par av de arkitektoniska inslag som ger huset en känsla av dramatik och överflöd. Köket innehåller splitter nya hushållsapparater av rostfritt stål och bänkskivor av granit. Det finns även en separat formell matsal och vardagsrummet inkluderar bekväma sittmöbler och en stor platt-tv. Trådlöst internet ingår.

Huvudsovrummet är mycket rymligt, har en fantastisk utsikt och innehåller en king size-säng. Det vackra huvudbadrummet innehåller ett toalettbord med sittplats, ett stort badkar, en lättillgänglig dusch samt ett separat toalettrum. Två andra sovrum har queen size-sängar och det fjärde sovrummet har två enkelsängar som är perfekta för yngre gäster. Huvudsovrummet och de första två sovrummen har även en platt-tv i rummet. Ekstra camp-sang och kryb.

Trädgården är behaglig och underbart avskild. En perfekt plats för att njuta av södra Floridas solsken. Poolen är uppvärmd och uteplatsen inkluderar vilstolar, en matplats, en grill och frodiga grönska som påminner dig om att du är i paradiset.

Det finns en anledning Pompano Beach kallas "Guldkustens hjärta" det ligger centralt beläget mellan Palm Beach och Miami och ger dig enkelt tillgång till alla faciliteter du behöver under en semester i södra Florida. I’m giving this VRBO top ratings because the house was beautiful and the owner was very prompt in solving some of the problems we initially had.The grounds of the house andthe pool were very nice. The owner had bikes in the garage and scooters and they were fun to use to get down to the beach and down to the stores in the area.The inside of the house is lovely but is tired meaning blinds need to be replaced carpet needs to be cleaned in the bath towels need to be updated and replaced. But if you’re looking for a large home to accommodate a family, we had seven of us staying in the house and had plenty of room and lots of fun playing games at the large dining room table. Then this is the place for you. We thank the owners for trusting us with the use of their home!

wedding celebration stay

Kenneth,Your place was perfect for our group. My granddaughters( 3 & 6) adored their rooms and were so excited to show everyone their girly girly rooms. We had 3 sets of families, each with their own wing of privacy. The home was spacious and beautiful and the pool in the back provided hours of enjoyment. There were lots of goodies in the garage that came in handy for the girls enjoyment and taking to the beach. Everyone felt very comfortable in this nice neighborhood and it was only minutes away from where our wedding events took place.Thanks again for providing us with a great place for our families to enjoy.Mary Lu

Girlfriends' Getaway

This was our first trip to Pompano Beach. This property exceeded all our expectations. The home was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the interior spaces of the home, the pool and outside areas. The neighborhood was private and extremely well maintained.

The home was just as described. Beautiful and spacious. In a very quiet neighborhood and the 1 mile walk to the beach was fine. Pool was a little cool for us but was enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property

We loved this property. It is exceptionally clean and very well taken care of. The neighborhood was also so cute and quiet. We felt very comfortable here. We stayed here with 6 teens and there was plenty of space for everone to spread out. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to everyone.

Amazing family vacay

We love our stay in villa nueva house !!! Perfect for family time ,the beach is close just 5 minutes drive .The pompano pier was so closed and lots of restaurants options to choose from . The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet !! We’re ride bikes and walk too! We have so much fun in the pool !! Also watching the green iguana in the backyard and the little lizards around the pool! At the beach we saw turtles nests and the little turtles hunching and help them go into the water ! It’s was a wonderful experience for my girls !!! We definitely be back to stay in pompano beach !! Wonderful stay with family

This was our first trip for Ft. Lauderdale with our family. We had a great time. Some days we stayed in by the pool and others we stayed at the beach for the day. There is a great boardwalk area with playgroud and splash pad within driving distance that was our kids favorite place to go. We also rode bikes/scooters there one day. House was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is large and well stocked. We would certainly stay here again!

This like-new property is perfect - 6/5. From the great hosts Kenneth and Therese, to the easy and quick check-in process, to the quiet neighborhood, to the clean and beautiful house with the no pet policy and the private rear yard with an ample size pool and covered patio, we loved every minute of our stay. I'm very disappointed

Unfortunately I'm more than disappointed. Communicating with Kenneth was difficult, after asking several times for our code to get in to property and receiving answers *that we ended up finding out were not correct* we luckily got in without too long of a wait but wow very stressful. Upon arrival we noticed Ant trapes all over the floors which scared my kiddos more than the adults, and yes they're are ants in the house. After the first night we all realized pillows were beyond flat, sheets and comforters were very old and the towels looked and felt like they hadn't been replaced in years. The pool is very small and wouldn't accommodate to a bigger group then what we had. We followed all directions that he had requested which was a lot in my opinion for example must put garbage out on curb on x day and needs to be 3 ft from anything else this goes for recycling too they is on anothet day or fill pool on 5th day. And we did all of it. The last but most important part of this review would be if your looking to get your security deposit back i would highly advise you not to expect that. I didn't even know that we would be getting back any money so really this has nothing to do with that at all. I received a message from Kenneth 3 days after our departure stating we had destroyed sheets and moved furniture around which voided the security deposit. This all could have not been more than untrue. We left this home in excellent condition, never moved anything and probably left it cleaner then arrival. This all sounds like I'm being pretty picky, but for the amount of money you pay a night I would have expected way more. And, the ending with the accusations really put a BIG RED flag for Kenneth and whoever managed this rental. Beware of this scam and don't learn the hard way like I did. Look over every single sheet for old stains you'll be accused of and any other possible reasons you could be accused of anything. Take those before and after pictures,they may save you in the end. After all this and going back and forth a few times with Kenneth he decided to just ignore the situation. I hope you read this and know I mean well but unfortunately this was my experience. Good luck.

Peaceful Home

We had a wonderful time in this peaceful home. It was a short 20-25minute walk to the beach depending on the bridge wait times. Everything we could possibly need was there for us, bikes, stroller for our 3 yr old and beach toys. Very happy with the entire booking and managment process with Kenneth & their Families Home. We will definitely stay again in the future if its available.

Perfect family vacation (FUN for the kids and adults)! The house, pool, neighborhood, everything was amazing. The owner is very communicative and took care of the one issue we had with internet.
