Private Newly Renovated Home 2020- Short Walk to Beach, Food, Shopping & More!!!

This BEAUTIFUL, Very Spacious, 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Single Family Home has a beautiful open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors that open up to a comfortably private back yard; that is outfitted with a sweet, heated in ground pool and decorative landscaping. This all can be viewed right from your living room or kitchen. The skylights provide a nice array of natural sunlight throughout the living area. You will find that our chef style kitchen (with a nice amount of counter space and island) is not only well equipped, but is outfitted with granite counter tops, and we have installed " top of the line " stainless steel whirlpool appliances too, for your convenience. We have added a nice 6 place dining area next to the the island that seats four people also, so everyone has plenty of elbow room. Top that with a cozy wrap around couch centrally located in front a 70" LED Smart TV with Cable and WIFI in the Living Room and two more LED Smart TV's in the Master Suites, and you have all the creature comforts of home while on vacation.

Outside you have plenty of space to relax by the pool and work on your tan, hang out at our pool side bar and mix up some refreshments, or just catch up on some R & R in our patio dining area. We know you won't be disappointed.

Take a quick 10 minute stroll to our beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Beach and on the way you can grab a bit to eat at any of these " Highly Reviewed " spots, just to name a few, Kaluz, Blue Moon Fish, Frenchy's Table, Laspada's Original Hoagies, Village Grille, or the Aruba Beach Cafe.

Location was perfect. Short drive or easy walk to beach. Nice that they were plenty of beds and 3 full bathrooms, especially when you have family of 6. Very affordable. Beach chairs would have been nice but otherwise very happy with our stay.

The home is amazing , Neely renovated, spacious. So far the best home I have rented for my family yearly trip. Our host Guy, very accommodating. The home is is in a quiet neighbourhood close walking distance to Lauderdale by the Sea.Our whole family had all positive comments!Want to rent next year.

Perfect location and perfect home!

We loved everything about our stay! Guy was very easy to communicate with and the house was beautiful. We loved the location so much - walking distance all of our favorite Lauderdale-By-The-Sea spots!! We hope to stay here again on another visit!

Beautiful home and privacy

Pool was nice and warm. Master was huge. Kids loved the bunk bed. Second master bed was perfect for our au pair. Owner nice and easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.

More than we bargained for

As lovely as the pictures are, we were so impressed by the actual accommodations. Private baths for all three bedrooms. This was an added bonus. Also, coming back from the beach to the heated saltwater pool was decadent. Already made our reservation for next year. The host was extremely helpful (and we loved the surprise gift)! Thank you.

Great location

This house is located in a nice and safe neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the beach. The manager checked in with us a couple times which was appreciated. We walked a few blocks to the beach each morning, stopping at a coffee shop on the way. There were good restaurants and a close beach bar which we enjoyed. We asked that the pool heat be turned on before we got there and it was very pleasant. The backyard is very private even with houses close by. The house is well decorated and the bathrooms are lovely. There was a gift card provided to a great restaurant just down the road which we made use of and enjoyed. The water taxi was entertaining and a fun few hours. Only suggestion is the third bedroom could use a ceiling fan or a box fan.
