Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom home in Deerfield Beach! With a heated salt water pool and a TV in the backyard, this property is the perfect place to relax and soak up the Florida sun. If you need to get some work done during your stay, there's even an office desk located off the living room.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, complete with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and an office desk for your convenience. French doors in the living room lead to the backyard oasis, where you'll find the heated salt water pool, lounge chairs, and a TV for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is located just off the living room and is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you'll need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. The adjacent dining area with seating for 6 is the perfect place to enjoy meals with friends and family.

Each bedroom is beautifully appointed and includes a TV, providing guests with their own private retreats. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, providing plenty of space for couples or families. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.

The stay was nice, the home is older but clean. There was some communication delays but overall we were very happy. Very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to The Cove and the grocery store.

This house was in a great location, had a nice layout and a great backyard. Unfortunately, it was extremely dirty in the kitchen, main living areas and the patio, which basically turned into sludge when wet. The tile in the kitchen, living and dining rooms and bathrooms was very old and dirty. The house smelled when we arrived. We spilled a bit of water and when we wiped it up, the paper towel was black. The couch was in need of a deep cleaning as was the tile. The floors in bedroom were newer and nice. No beach chairs included. Instead, there were dirty broken chairs just left around the property. The trash bin was half full when we arrived so we did not have room to dispose of all of our garbage. Basic supplies, like a clean sponge, were lacking. Despite complaining and asking the host to address these issues, including sending their cleaners back, we were essentially ghosted. Avoid!!

We rented this place for a visit with our daughter. Nice neighborhood and a beautifully appointed home. The house was clean and comfortable and relaxing. Our two doodles enjoyed their first mini vacation also. Good place and central to our needs.

Mostly as stated, could be a little cleaner for the money you pay to stay there. Good communication with the company that owns the home. Could use updating and more towels and wash clothes. Overall had a great stay and it’s a quick walk to multiple stores and restaurants.

Ever look through pictures of a potential booking, get super excited only to be discouraged when you finally arrive? Me too. However, this place is the real deal: great floor plan, brand new bedroom furniture, 5 star hotel quality and comfortable beds, a great living room sectional, amazing backyard and pool, quiet, private neighborhood, 3 blocks from some great restaurants, just one bridge a few more blocks away between you and the beach and the list goes on! I am a builder/remodeler with a focus on luxury projects so I can knit pick a property to death and while there’s no such thing as perfect, especially in a rental, this place is really close.
