"The staff was 5/5, very kind and helpful. This include everyone from receptionists, cleaning staff to breakfast personel. Breakfast was also excellent. Food was always fresh and good. The only issue was the layout, with different food stations very spread out. The only down-side imho were the rooms. They were very old-fashioned, and could use a modernization. But then again, I guess that would increase the price a lot."

"I stayed here for a week with my parents and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is situated in the heart of Las Canteras beach, with a huge mall nearby (Las Arenas C.C). We paid extra to have the breakfast included and were very satisfied with it. The receptionists were so courteous and were super friendly. I arrived later than my parents around 01:30 am and was met by a very polite and friendly male receptionist who set the bar very high! We are ever so pleased with our stay here and cannot wait to be back again!❤️. Housekeeping was superb and the customer relations lady was such a lovely person who gave excellent suggestions as to what to do in the island."
