VÀlkommen till Bancroft Cottage, en charmig oas i hjÀrtat av staden. Bo i en av byns ursprungliga hem, byggd 1824 och kÀrleksfullt restaurerad med moderna bekvÀmligheter. FrÄn det fullt möblerade interiören * till den vackert anlagda trÀdgÄrden och uteplatsen, hittar du ett avkopplande utrymme som ligger inom bekvÀmt gÄngavstÄnd frÄn allt som Granville har att erbjuda, inklusive Denison University.

Vi erbjuder en unik miljö för gÀster som besöker Granville och dess omgivningar. Du kan förvÀnta dig ett lugnt bostadsomrÄde i historiska hem, steg frÄn restauranger och detaljhandel upplevelser samt Denison University. Huset har 3 sovrum pÄ övervÄningen samt en bÀddsoffa pÄ nedervÄningen. Badrummet Àr nere med en 1/2 bad pÄ övervÄningen. Loved it!

Cozy cottage in heart of Granville

We were quite pleased with our stay at the Bancroft Cottage. The accomadations were excellent. The amenities were fine. The cottage was well stocked and supplied with everything one would need for a stay. Even though it was in the heart of the town it was quiet and peaceful. We will most likely be back when we return to Granville in the future. Highly recommended!

Warm & Quaint Home

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Bancroft Cottage several times while visiting family in the area, and each visit feels like returning home. The house is filled with laughter, memories, and moments that make it so special to us. Watching our kids grow and create new memories with each stay is something we cherish deeply. The warmth from the fireplaces, combined with the cozy and inviting design of the house, makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and making even more memories here. Thank you for yet another unforgettable stay!

slow and mis communication

Thought we booked for 2 nights ( more than a mos. in advance) and then saw it was only 1 night. tried e-mailing to correct..no response, called ...slow response and person who called said they weren't in charge. Unhappy. Place was nice BUT the bedroom with twin beds seems VERY unsafe, stairs on landing etc.

An ideal mother daughter cottage stay

A charming historical property in the center of the quaint town of Granville. Everything was accessible as we explored the area, and we walked to Main Street for ice cream and coffee. The garden seating is so inviting we decided to make our meals and dine outdoors rather than head out. The garden does back up to a cidery but that was not a detraction and it quieted down early every evening. Very happy for the central AC. Overall, we felt very comfortable during our stay and would not hesitate to book again for future visits!

Bachelorette fun in Granville

This little cottage is located in the heart of downtown Granville, Ohio. It is within walking distance of all the restaurants and fun cool places to be and to hang out. The cottage itself is so beautiful and quaint - full of history, which we were not aware of until we got there highly recommend fun little place to go.

Extension of our home

The Bancroft Cottage is around the corner from our home. We had family coming in for a holiday visit and renting the cottage allowed everyone to have a bed. Some family stayed in the cottage and others with us. It is so well appointed and folks loved the proximity to the Cidery!

Home away from home

This is our second stay in the historic Bancroft cottage. The cottage is charming, welcoming, and comfortable. It was the perfect Autumn weekend. The owners have thought of everything to make you feel right at home in the lovely village of Granville.
