Booked vrbo room thru expedia, belvilla was host, was denied room when I arrived even though I followed all directions and presented voucher, building manager claimed all reservations for that building had been cancelled the morning of check in to accomodate a group that wanted to extend their stay. Contacted vrbo, who were unable to contact host. Can't get refund until billing posts on my key one account. Had to find another room at 10 at night. Emailed host with no...

“The room smelled like smoke when we came in and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. It would have been nice to have better pillows and more than just two. There wasn’t any extra towels or wash cloths and we had to buy toilet tissue because there wasn’t only one roll left, for both bathrooms. They both only had a quarter of a roll left when we checked in. The garbage can needs to be replaced it was broken and nasty around it and inside. There wasn’t any also no paper towels and we had to purchase...
