Lagoon Landing 303 is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the third floor with partial Gulf views. The property also offers deeded beach access just across the street.



Unit features:



• Access to the private porch from the living room and bedroom



• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; dining table seats four



• Washer and dryer inside the unit



• Living room has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with lockbox onsite



• Maximum of two cars allowed



Important: Maximum occupancy of 4 people is strictly enforced by onsite management. Over-occupancy will result in an additional $100/day fee, payable directly to the Lagoon Landing Association.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
