Custom Home 150 "halvprivata Sand Beach-Tween Waimea & Haleiwa

Detta mycket privat, 2900 kvadratfot, två våningar hem ligger på 150 fot av gyllene sand som- privat strand (ingen allmän tillgång i närheten) .Den svängda palmkantade stranden är den vackraste stranden jag har sett. Enligt min mening --- ingen bättre.
Huset har många högkvalitativa funktioner från granit räknare, strålade stora rum, stora sovrummet, fast hickory skåp, vackra stora lister, rostfria vitvaror, gasspis, planka och kakel golv, att även en vedeldad spis för en sval natt.
Det finns fantastisk havsutsikt från stora fönster i varje rum. Sällsynt är den dag då du inte kan fånga sköldpaddor från huset och täckt Lanai som ligger 10 meter från denna underbara strand. Här sång surfa är din. Titta på solen i sjön och koppla av med en drink.
Enkla trappor till stranden.

Beautiful location! Ocean views out the back as far as you can see. We had 2 sea turtles come onto shore, which was a treat! Jim was great. We would come back and stay here again in a minute!

We had a great time! So why only 3 stars? 1st-the positives. The location is fabulous. The ocean is outside the back door complete with crashing waves. It’s a short drive from tourist attractions and beaches. The nearby town, Haleiwa, is charming. The house is large. There’s so much beach equipment! So why 3 stars? So you’ll know the cautions. Clearly understand there is no AC. The windows with great views are west facing, so the sun bakes the house all day, making evenings unbearable. There are no curtains or blinds to keep out the sun during the day, so there is nothing you can do to make it cooler. There were some fans, but they didn’t have good output, so we bought stand fans for each bedroom. Otherwise we couldn’t have stayed in the house. We moved the fans in the rooms we used-the kitchen while cooking, the living room, etc. The house rules were thorough, but when we got there, many of the rules were moot. For example, one was about being careful to not smudge the walls or would have to pay a fee for repainting. When we looked, every wall was dingy, smudged, marked, and the downstairs bathroom had a punched out place in the wall behind the hung towels. The rules spoke of cleanliness, but the house was filthy! Our feet were black in just a short time. It’s hard to keep a beach house clean, but it started out unclean! Those are the reasons for the rating-just so you will be aware. We had a great time, but the heat in the house is a huge consideration if you choose here!

Initial shock there was no a/c. But the house was big and we had plenty of room for everyone! Host was very good about answering any and all messages! Beach was beautiful & views were breathtaking!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront house in Hawaii! The location is incredible, practically a private beach, and we even saw turtles swimming nearby, which was magical. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed.Jim was incredibly nice, friendly, and flexible, making our stay even better. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

North Shore

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Beach access and view was amazing. Easy access to grocery store and shopping both directions. Owner quick to respond if needed and had local suggestions for activities and dining.

Amazing Beach House

This awesome house has plenty of room for a large family to stretch out and be comfortable. Every room has a window looking out at the ocean. To get to the water, it’s only a couple steps from the driveway to the sand. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay!

Right on the Beach

This house is older but the bones are good. It’s a great location to try several beaches within a 20 minute radius. Very private, not crowded by neighbors or on the beach. North Shore is where you want to be.

Anniversary Celebration!

I’ve been to the North Shore 7 times now. I brought my family here for their first time and to celebrate the 57th anniversary of my parents and the 34th of my oldest brother and sister-in-law. I couldn’t have asked for a better property! They got to experience 7 days of waves crashing on the beach just outside the door, watched whales breach from the lenai, and feel the cool ocean breeze. The house was great. Clean and provisioned. The owner even left chocolates and towel swabs in every bedroom, I couldn’t ask for more!I will absolutely recommend this property to any and everyone who travels to Oahu!!!!

Over all great place.

Loved the location. Loved hearing the waves. Highway was a bit loud but we became used to it. Loved being close to Ted's Bakery. I think we all gained 10 pounds. Sorry we couldn't get into the water. Rip tides to powerful. Enjoyed the lanai. Thanks for the grill, that worked out well. Washer and dryer came in handy. Only real downfall were the beds. Mattress's were not comfortable at all. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Would like to do it again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.

Haleiwa Heaven

I’ve stayed at Jim’s property twice now, both times have been great. Having beach access in your backyard and falling asleep to the waves is a dream. Jim’s house is close to waimea bay and downtown Haleiwa. We even saw a sea turtle from the house deck this year. One note for those that are used to AC, this house doesn’t have AC so it will take a day or two to get used to it, but having the windows open is amazing, you constantly hear the waves. 5 stars Jim!

Epic Location/Weathered House

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Haleiwa. Upon arrival to the house the garage code did not work so we entered through the front which had a key in the lockbox. The front stairs are very steep and the handrails are basically not much help as they wobble as you hold onto them. The house is very dated. Yet it does have all the necessary items to make things work. Kitchen was fully equipped and towels and bedding were in abundance which was nice. The outside deck is very weathered and my father actually fell through a portion when taking a photo of the sunset. Very scary needless to say he was ok. The owner responded quickly by text and said he would have someone come to fix it but that never happened. Sliding doors did not lock just by a wooden stick and overall felt itchy the entire time we were there. Made the most of it but definitely feel the owner need to make some serious upgrades.The view is amazing and location is the best part of our stay.

Great location

Beautiful location, beach right outside the back door. House is spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable. Road noise is there, but was not bothersome for us and didn’t take away from the overall great experience we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach vacation

The house proved to be comfortable and convenient once we learned how to maximize the outside airflow through the property. As noted in other reviews, it took a few days to acclimate with no AC and get used to the surf noise and road noise, which actually proved to be quite soothing in the end. We found the beach area at the house to be our best snorkeling and swam with turtles every day. When we read this in a review we were skeptical, but we did swim with turtles every day. The kitchen is well equipped and the showers had good pressure. We utilize the washing machine and the dishwasher without issue. We found the outside shower and spray hoses very convenient to get the sand off after being in the water. In all our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.
