âKanonfint hotell i lummig omgivning. JĂ€ttegod frukost och trevlig personal. Rabatt frĂ„n hotellet pĂ„ vissa restauranger. Det var mycket mygg pĂ„ omrĂ„det pĂ„ grund av vegetationen och fuktigheten. Rekommenderas! â
âIngen info att house-keeping inte ingick för 3 nĂ€tters vistelse, dvs hur man skulle ha gjort ifall man velat fĂ„ bĂ€ddat el handdukar.
Perfekta lĂ€genheter, men golven Ă€r smutsiga som ofta i USAâ
âPrisvĂ€rt, rent, enkelt med litet kök för frukost/lunch. Bra ordning. Möjlighet till lĂ„n av tvĂ€tt och torktumlare. Lugnt omrĂ„de men Ă€ndĂ„ nĂ€ra till det mesta. Vi bokar gĂ€rna hĂ€r Ă€ven nĂ€sta gĂ„ng vi Ă€r pĂ„ besök. â
âA really great place to stay and an extra golden star for the ones that took care of the parking at the hotel! Second stay at a Sonder hotel in the United States and again they went the extra mile to make it a really great stay for a reasonable amount for the stay! I can just say a really big thank you for your hospitality to all the staff at this nice place located on the beach with a sea view that never will be forgotten! â
âOur stay at the Beachcomber resort was excellent . Our room was perfect and we had a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. We spent much of our time at the beach and pool; both were really nice, well kept and relaxing. We ate several meals at the Deep restaurant on property and loved everything. Shout out to Matt at the Deep and pool service. He has such a fun personality! We had not visited Pompano beach before and fell in love with the area. We definitely will be backâ

Pool , Restaurants, Valet staff, front desk , everything is great.
I spend 100 nights / year at hotels , and keeps going back to Riverside Hotel for a reason. "
"The hotel states itâs newly renovated although the shower head in the bathroom was leaking and not fully attached to the wall. The headboard was patched up and there was no counter in the bathroom to put any of your hygienics unless on the floor next to the sink. The receptionists we encountered seamed bored to be there and not interested to answer any questions. It might be a hotel that focuses on events however Iâm never staying there again. We even found nail clippings on the floor in the room."
"We had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and especially Alberto who served us. Very nice room, valet and reception was quick and helpful. Clean hotel we can recommend to everyone. Be sure to enjoy the breakfast on the porch with a beautiful seaside view."
"Unfortunately, this was the worst W experience I've ever had.
When I checked in, there was blood on the sheets and curtains. It took over an hour for someone to come and clean it, with no offer to change rooms or provide any compensation from the front desk.
The hotel overall feels quite worn down. The lobby bar is nice, but the smell in the area is very unpleasant.
Two weeks after checkout, I received an unexpected invoice and a $150 charge to my credit card for what was allegedly a laundry fee. Thereâs no way to contact the hotel directlyâonly a phone number to an overseas call center. After three calls, someone finally tried to assist. I was sent a copy of a receipt that wasnât even in my name.
Despite several attempts, I never received a reply to my follow-up emails. Eventually, I gave up and had to accept that W Fort Lauderdale charged me for something I had nothing to do with.
Extremely disappointing experience."
