“Great location, friendly staff & room had everything necessary for the stay. Only downside was that breakfast was a bit slow to be served as it was served by staff but that is fine when not in a hurry. ”

“Fanns ingen personal tillgänglig , ingen förstod engelska så väldigt svår kommunicerat. Smutsiga rum, läckte vatten ur kranarna. Wifi var väldigt dåligt också tyvärr så man kunde inte surfa. De lovade att fixa men inget hände.”

“I do not like that they have information at Hotels.com that they do not follow. - free water on bottle in the room - Bathrobes in room - your own bathtub I would choose this hotel anyway because itś nice and good quality and the things they say are included (at least on the Swedish translation) should be or they should remove the information. Free bottled water feels over the top, bathrobes I can do without, the bathtub could have been nice to soak in.”

“This hotel is somewhere I've stayed before. Usually sound & reliable. This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site. I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi. “Eles me deram um upgrade de quarto sem cobrar nada. Os quartos nas pontas do corredor são bem melhores que os quartos que ficam no meio do corredor. Limpeza não é o forte do local. Bem localizado. Cama muito dura, precisam de colchões melhores.”
