The best personal ever! Anna was so helpful with arrange and booking of cruise. Da was helpful and helping with other booking. So nice and lovely and welcoming. We do will return to this place. Clean and great breakfast. Many thanks 🙏🙏🙏

Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel
The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. ...

Smooth AirPort pickup. Quick checkin. Very friendly staff and fantastic service. Changed money at the reception at good rate, better rates than at the ATM and my Swedish bank. Very varied breakfast with big selection of cuisines. Pool area clean with big and nice towels provided. Nothing to complain ...
