“Clean, cozy, convenient. No lobby, just a self check-in.”

“Highly recommend! This studio is exactly as described with plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The A/C and parking are a plus. It really is walking distance to so many things: Second street is only a few blocks away with coffee spots, restaurants, etc. The beach is a 3 minute walk with plenty of activities close by including the Belmont pool. I would definitely stay here again!”

An air mattress was later provided, but that is not what we paid for. The property manager was polite and...

“When we showed up the apartment was like 95 degrees inside. Then to come fine out there was no AC. Messaged the host and they said they had fans and ceiling fans. Go and turn on the fans and they just blew dust everywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
