1. The City’s noise ordinance is in effect from 10pm to 7am. During that time period noise cannot exceed 55 dB(A) at the property line.

For extended stays, we gladly accommodate longer-term rentals. However, we require supplementary cleaning sessions every 3-4 weeks at the current rate of $170.00 per cleaning. Guests staying beyond 28 days will incur this additional fee, charged on the day of the scheduled cleaning visit according to the agreed-upon frequency. This ensures the maintenance of a pristine and comfortable environment throughout your extended stay.
