Property was in a great location. The living room needs heavier curtains. You can see right into the living room from the outside. More blankets were needed in the bedrooms.

We booked this house for a week and loved it! House is in a great location- we often walked to downtown for dinner- Prohibition Pizza was our favorite- and ice cream- Florida Creamery was so good! The house itself was perfect, plenty of space, a nice fenced backyard. Exceeded our expectations and I would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing time, convenient little town

The listing was exactly as depicted. Host was communicative. Furnishings were comfortable. The only constructive criticism I would like to offer is that (1) we were 3 adult women, and only provided 3 towels and washcloths for 3 nights. We had to wash the towels to be able to continue using them. (2) there were only 3 total garbage bags for the small trash can in the kitchen. We cooked each day and filled them up daily. We had to buy more. (3) there was a dish sponge and dawn dishwashing detergent, but the DW detergent was empty and we bought more. (4) there were no kitchen towels so we couldn’t wash/dry the dishes that we couldn’t put into the dishwasher. We bought some Clorox wipes to wipe the table and counters. (5) as women traveling alone, we would have liked to have the front living room windows coverable. The little lace curtains are cute, but offer zero privacy from the front of the house where the road is. The property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We would definitely stay again.

Great house

Had a wonderful stay at this house for a gymnastics state meet in Gainesville. Price was great, house was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved that pets are allowed even though some of our party couldn't come and the dog stayed home with them, we loved having the option initially. Communication was easy and immediate. Would definitely stay here again.
