“This was the WORSE. I have been staying at this hotel for over 12 years at least once a year. I am highly traumatised after this experience. I was locked in my room. Their door malfunctioned at 3:am. It took their maintenance person over an hour to get me out. Whist locked in the room no one called to find out how I was and no one has apologised. Bare in mind I checked in at 9:30 pm. Now the phone , internet did not work and the windows could not be opened to I had to roam my phone in order to...

“The hotel room and restroom really need to be updated and renovated. Except that the stay was very good and the staff was excellent . The hotels location were very close to the airport, but the area around the hotel was not that nice. It’s a poor country and you get aware of that outside the hotel.”
