This stunning four-bedroom, four-bathroom house is newly built and boasts a resort-style backyard complete with a sparkling pool, an in-ground spa, ladder golf, and a game room with a pool table. We are excited to offer your friends and family the ultimate vacation experience on Anna Maria Island!

This house has been meticulously designed with numerous living spaces, including a spacious modern seating area, a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and essential amenities, and a formal dining room table. There is even a wine fridge! Upstairs, there is a den area with a sleeper sofa, TV, and a wet bar. Additionally, the furnished balconies and rooftop deck offer great spots to hang out outside.

The primary bedroom is especially noteworthy, featuring a large and comfortable canopy bed and a private balcony, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of adventure. And the ensuite bathroom is sure to impress with its attractive enclosed shower and stunning soaking tub. Among the other bedrooms, two are appointed with king-sized beds, while the fourth is ideal for children with a deluxe bunk bed, and each has a television, storage space for clothing and other necessities, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. A washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

We can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home on Anna Maria Island! The location is perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. We chose this place for the private pool and the fact that it looked brand-new, and boy it did not disappoint! The house is gorgeous. The backyard is like a mini resort; the kitchen had everything we needed, and it even had a rooftop deck where we loved watching the sunset. The bedrooms were super comfy, especially our master suite with the balcony. The air hockey table was a fun bonus. Huge thanks to the management for their outstanding customer service. We can’t wait to come back.
