Your vacation getaway, just a quick stroll to the beach! This 1 Bedroom /1 Bath /1 Free PARKING included! Sleeps up to 4 guests. All 3 Brand NEW Beds (July 2022) - 2 x Full Bed in the Bedroom and 1 x Queen size Bed in the Living Room.

The space
Enjoy a fresh getaway in this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom that easily accommodates up to four guests with one parking stall included.

The bedroom has two cozy full-size beds, and the living room has a spacious queen-size bed. The total of 3 sleeping arrangements were just installed last July 2022. All for relaxation and comfort. Take a visual tour of our photos to get a glimpse of your future home away from home.

Enjoy the convenience of One unassigned Free Parking Stall included (maximum height 6') in the building's parking garage, available from the 2nd to 5th floor. With unlimited in-and-out access, you can come and go as you please, making parking a breeze—especially in bustling Waikiki!

Quarters or App Laundry Rooms with Washer and Dryer are located on the same floor and each floor except the 6th. Coin Machines for Quarter Exchange are also available at the lobby level. The trash room which has a trash chute and recycling area is also on the same and each floor.

Waikiki Banyan is situated at the east of Waikiki. The HNL Airport is less than an hour's drive distance.

Grocery shopping has never been easier, with Target Waikiki (opened in late 2024) and Waikiki Market both located less than a 10-minute walk away/<4 minutes drive. Whether you’re stocking up for a home-cooked meal or grabbing some essentials, these nearby options make daily living effortless.

Guest access
Check-in begins at 4 PM, and checkout is at 10 AM. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire unit, allowing you to unwind and enjoy a truly private experience with no shared accommodations.

One Free Parking stall (max height: 6 ft) is included inside the building's Parking garage from the 2nd to 5th floor. The building's Parking garage entrance has a sign posted indicating the maximum height limit of 6 feet, so please note that if your vehicle exceeds this height or is oversized, Parking is not permitted. Also, ensure that you park only within the boundaries of the assigned Parking stall.

The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
