“We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder.”

Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, it is plenty spacious for two, nicely presented and very well furnished and equipped. There was nothing lacking. The cottage is set back from the road so was nice and quiet. We didn’t use the patio because of the chilly early April weather, but that too was a nice space. Located at the top end of town, it was only a short walk to shops and restaurants....
