“When we arrived at the property, there were people hanging out in front of the main entrance, smoking cigarettes, smoking, marijuana, leaving cigarette butts all over the ground. The checkout representative at the window was as helpful as she could be. We arrived at 6 PM on Friday. We were late for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that we had been in town for so we dropped our stuff in rushed. Noticed the next morning there were a little bugs, crawling around the countertop and the top of the...

“This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. “The property is very clean and very nice. It is close to EVERYTHING. The only thing we had an issue with was the street noise.”

“Visiting West Point for ring weekend. Location was great and the reason we chose the place. Property itself could really use some TLC, but it met our needs. Communication with the owner was good and gaining access to the property was straightforward. Would consider staying here again just based on the close proximity to West Point.”

“The apt. was convenient to restaurants and services. Very clean and organized.”

“The room was sufficient to our needs. Didn’t realize it was a multi-unit property or that it was on the second floor.”
