Standard check in and out is 4PM and 10 AM. If you need an early check in or late check out, the EARLIEST is 1PM; please contact us first before booking to confirm availability (with a fee).
Important Note About Grill Use:
We provide a propane grill for your convenience, but we do not supply propane. If you plan to use the grill during your stay, please bring your own propane tank. This will ensure you have a seamless outdoor cooking experience.
Please ensure the grill is cleaned after use and turned off properly.
There is a small hole in the ceiling in the master bedroom from an ac repair, and the garage does have a storage nook used by the owners.
This home is a pet friendly listing! Please add the number of pets on the Guest section. Please take note that we do charge for pet fee/pet, upfront payment includes 1 pet fee already, succeeding pets will be charged after your reservation is confirmed.
