“2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids had a brilliant stay. There was plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms and a brilliant large kitchen table to eat and play games on. The hot tub was a real hit, and the fire pit at the end of the garden was great for toasting marshmallows. Location was excellent for walking to the beach, high street and to Waitrose along the peaceful canal. Would highly recommend!”

“The most wonderful place. No praise is too high. Robin and Hazel were marvellous hosts. 5 stars, definitely.”

“Overall this place was exactly what we needed for one night before taking the Chunnel. Even the neighbors were so kind and helpful! There were amenities within walking distance, and the town center was just a few minutes drive away. Folkestone is a beautiful town. Thank you for a nice stay!”

“I really loved the room on the top floor facing Dover Castle. It was like having a wonderful piece of art just outside the window. I also loved the whiteness and the minimalistic interiors of the place. I used the kitchenette and it was totally fine except from the fridge which was so cold my fresh vegetables froze. I stayed for 5 nights and the only really downsides of the place was that the toilets were not being cleaned for several days. The owners were also very slow in responding to...

“We left after just 4 hours because the property was nothing like the listing. The photos give a far better impression than the reality. Before arrival, I had to chase the host for check-in instructions as nothing had been sent. Even after calling, I was only given the key safe code. Later that day, after we’d already left, I received an email stating there was a £100 charge per pet, despite the Hotels.com listing clearly advertising “pets go free.” The property appeared to have had only...

“Bra läge, fin inredning, rent och hjälpsam personal. Lite kallt i rummet.”

“Great stay! Host was great at giving instructions and the location is excellent! Would definitely book again!”
