Super Game Room with its Own Theater—Pet Friendly

Ideal California experience of fun in this private home in the community of Montage. Ride one of our beach cruisers to the Festivals at the Polo Grounds, just minutes away. Stay and relax in the newly renovated backyard by the pool and spa; enjoy playing bocce, darts, poker or basketball in our new Game Room. This is luxury resort living with all the comforts of a fully stocked home, heated pool and spa and a sweet place to watch the sunset at the firepit. Have you been to Joshua Tree yet?

This home is 3,000 sqft single story with an extremely roomy kitchen with 2 kitchen islands, seating at the kitchen bar and dining room seating. There is outside seating under the patio cover. 5 Bedrooms offer of sleeping arrangements. Spacious living room with seating for the whole party with an 85" television and fireplace. Laundry room available for your use.
We keep the Pool & Spa heated for your comfort at no extra nightly charge.
Bocce Ball, Corn Hole, Mini Golf and water toys.

The entire home is available for your stay. 3,000 sqft home with large eat-in Kitchen opening to the Living Room with Fireplace/85" television.

We are available by phone and text and if you need assistance on-site, we are just minutes away.

Private gated community of Montage. Fun to use our 4 Beach Cruiser Bikes to cruise around - bring your own helmet! Just a few blocks from the Polo Grounds and close to Village of La Quinta.

We had over 50 five-star reviews prior to performing upgrades to the property. We are now happy to make the property available once again.

The Game Room is nearly 1,000 sqft and has A/C to keep it cool. We have 4 crusier bikes for your use, bocce ball, mini golf, pool & spa; outdoor kitchen with bbq grill and pizza oven and outdoor seating with fireplace. the Game Room has a vintage pool table, ping pong, arcade games, poker table, darts & more.

We had an awesome stay! The house was super spacious and perfect for our group. The kids had a blast with the arcade, pool, and putting green—there was always something fun to do. The big communal area made it easy for everyone to hang out together. Would definitely come back!

Our family had THE MOST AMAZING time. Exactly what we needed. Everyone was blown away by how pristine this property is. Gorgeously appointed. Every room! Beyond relaxing! There was no need to ever leave! We had so many games to choose from; Pool, poker, video, board games, putt-putt golf, darts, hoops, shuffle board, karaoke - the list goes on and on. All our big kids LOVED these games. And once you were done playing games you could make yourself a shave ice, milkshake, iced coffee. Each room was its own private theater with big screen TVs that had all the streaming apps. The kitchen was FANTASTIC to cook in. Chef grade appliances. We also appreciated all the toiletry and cleaning supplies provided. The pool was sparklingly FABULOUS and those misters really cooled us down. At night we sat in the lovely Adirondack chairs and enjoyed the cooler temperatures. Our host was available at all times with us and a GREAT communicator! The house is secure, safe, and made us feel so relaxed and at ease. It has an extraordinary ambience!! Would stay here again and again!! The Perfect Family Vacation!

We had the most incredible stay! Janet was beyond accommodating, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The home itself was absolutely perfect – in great shape and had everything we needed and then some. The game room was a hit with everyone, with shuffleboard, arcade games, pool, ping pong, a poker table, and a basketball shooting game. And the outdoor space also had so much to do with the heated pool and spa, outdoor games (bocce ball, mini golf, huge connect 4), spacious shaded dining area with a massive table that fit our large family of 10 adults and 3 kids, an outdoor kitchen and even a pizza oven!The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance imaginable – from a snowcone machine and milkshake machine to an ice maker, coffee machine, espresso machine, Keurig, etc. Sleeping wise we all comfortably fit across the 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom had a little room off to the side with everything needed for a baby/toddler.We honestly never even left the house during our 5 night stay because there was so much to do and enjoy onsite. We're so thankful to have found this place and grateful to Janet for sharing her incredible space with us. Highly recommend!

Better than expected

The house if awesome. The pics are really good, but they don't do the house justice. There is WAY more space and the toys are plentiful. Plus - and maybe my favorite - the house was totally stocked with all the things you need. For example, the Keurig had pods, sugar and creamer. Loved it.
