This is an extraordinary hotel with absolutely wonderful staff! The guest service and hospitality shown to us as first time guests was more than anyone could have asked for. First of all we got the best upgrade when we arrived. We had booked a standard room and were in contact with the hotel forwarding our wishes for a room a little higher up with views. When we arrived the hotel receptionist said he had a surprise for us, and he accompanied us to our room. Which turned out to be a penthouse...

Superfint och trevligt, kommer tillbaks vid tillfälle

Ja, allt var bra

Очень красивый и чистый отель

Super nice hotel, staff and location!

Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rent hotell och nära istiklal.

Good.

Location of the hotel was very good. 10min walk to all you want to see Big rooms and great service. Breakfast was ok. And on top they had a nice pool that you could use with no extra charge. If I ever go to hotel again this is the hotel for me.

老板和前台的人都非常的热情 设施有点老旧但住着还算舒服
