Welcome to our cute 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home with private outdoor terrace space to enjoy! Tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of modern Bebek! 7 minutes walk to the shore-line and all the best restaurants and cafes! Situated on the ground floor of a free standing home. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor space, high speed internet, fresh linens and towels! Our home is the perfect home away from home:)

This apartment is located in the heart of the modern city! The stunning property is situated in a magnificent location Bebek close to all the cafe's, restaurants and Park. A peaceful home in an energetic neighborhood. Close to public transportation. The beautiful Bosphorus is a stone throw away and is truly breathtaking. The neighborhood is as modern Istanbul as you can find. It is safe, secure, clean and convenient for all guests.

We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked and all electronic devices turned off.

Home Truths
- There is 1 A/C in the living room
- There is no A/C in the bedroom (fans can be provided upon request)
- Located on a slight uphill
- You need to climb stairs in order to reach the building (32 steps)
- There is no blackout blind in the living room
- Parking can be difficult in the area

Penalties for Violations
- Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
- Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD
- Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 1000USD

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
- A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
- Airport transfers are available at an additional cost

PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information for ALL GUESTS before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.


Smart TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Private Terrace, the whole apartment.

There is bus transportation right outside our home. A cab stand close by. Location wise, it's great for all types of attractions. From the airport, there are yellow cabs, shuttles and buses that get you into the city. I would gladly help coordinate transportation if necessary.
